Lucero is a science-based emotional regulation app for tweens, teens, and caregivers. Helping families navigate the complex world of emotions in our ever changing world.

  Give them access to 84 engaging self-discovery activities that are designed to help them better understand who they are, what they care about, and create dreams for their future.
• Want to help your youth keep track of their progress and celebrate small wins along the way? Group codes unlock a detailed progress tracker that helps them track their moods, activities, sleep, and more.

• Lucero Plus subscriptions last 1 year from the date of purchase and will automatically renew each year. 
• You can cancel your renewal at anytime by emailing our team at Support@lucerospeaks.com.
• You will be notified prior to the renewal date with a reminder that your subscription is set to auto-renew.

• Group codes can be used to upgrade Tween, Teen, and Caregiver accounts within the Lucero app.
• We recommend the app for ages 9+. Youth below age 9 have loved the app as well, but do require some or considerable assistance based on their reading level.

• You will enter the Group Code you are provided on the “Group Access” screen when registering your Lucero account in app. If you run into issues, our team is always available to answer any questions. Email support@lucerospeaks.com.

• Lucero has been designed to strengthen real-life emotional support connections. To make this possible on and off the app, explorers can create a “Crew” of up to 7 other explorers. The interaction within this mode is designed to be a safe place for motivation and support. Send and receive Group Hugs, Flare Affirmations, and get to know each other on your shared Crew Log.
• Many families have worked Lucero into their daily routine as a brief emotion check-in and will use Spark together to inspire meaningful conversations.

• Yes, we have safety at the forefront so there is no open texting of any sort within the Crew feature. Up to 8 Explorers can link accounts to send and receive Group Hugs, Flare (200+ digital affirmations designed by teens), and get to know each other better through the Crew Log. For any information to be added to the Crew Log, each explorer must manually select “share to crew” at various sections throughout the app experience.

• You can always purchase more seats as you need them. We recommend purchasing enough seats for all youth and caregivers you want to join your Crew. 
• A Crew allows for up to 8 members. These can include friends or family members. It helps to have your youth think through who makes up their closest support network and then purchase enough seats for everyone to have Lucero Plus access.

• Safety and security is a top priority for our team. We have multiple safe-guards in place to make sure youth are able to practice self-care in a safe and supportive environment.
• If youth are 13 or under, parents legally have access to any data that is shared in the app. This app has been developed to be COPPA-Certified. COPPA is a regulation that helps keep youth and their data safe while online.
• All data shared in this app is only used to personalize the app experience. Individual data will never be sold to third parties or used for advertising.
• All linked accounts have limited interactions to protect personal privacy and safety.

• Lucero is designed for Tweens, Teens, and their Families. Families are inclusive of any combination of kids and adults who want to support each other and practice self-care together.
• We recommend ages 9+ who are able to read and write. Youth under the age of 9 have loved the experience, but may require some or considerable assistance based on their reading level.

• Accessibility is extremely important to our entire team and we are committed to continually finding ways to increase access to Lucero for more and more youth.
• Lucero is currently available for Apple and Android tablets and phones. 
• Lucero is currently available in english only.
